Transitioning out of race season and into maintenance mode is a key part of any athlete’s training plan and this clinic will help you finish your race season strong, recover properly and prepare you for the upcoming 2026 season. You don’t need to know your race plans or goals for 2026 to benefit from the training which will be split up into different training periods and include training plans to reflect your goals and these training phases.
August 13th to October 12th
Performance In-Season Training: many athletes are still racing or have particular objectives until the beginning of October. Group sessions will run only on Wednesdays for the first 5 weeks of the clinic until our group long runs kick off on September 21st. Athletes will receive training plans to support their race and/or goals for the duration of the 18 week clinic.

October 13th to November 9th
Maintenance training: 4 weeks of maintenance training. This will allow a period of proper and healthy rest for those who have been charging through the year or allow a gradual build for those who have perhaps taken time off during the summer, new to running and need to start building their base early.

November 10th to December 7th
Base Building:  consistency is key and we will be focusing on increasing athletes work capacity and improving fatigue resistance.

December 8th to January 14th
The clinic officially ends on December 7th, however those athletes who sign up for the winter clinic (starting on January 14th) will receive a personalized program with guidance and extra motivation during December  to help bridge your fitness and keep you on track as you head into the next clinic, new year and new goals!

Wednesday 6pm sessions (Wednesday sessions only from Aug. 13th to Sept. 21st)
These workouts are broken down into different training durations to cater to a variety of fitness levels and goals, and athletes can expect intervals, fartleks, time trials, terrain management, tempo training, vertical challenges and more.
