Overview.
Personalized, performance-driven strength and testing program for PACE trail runners, integrating individualized programming, movement assessment, race-specific periodization, force plate testing, and digital athlete tracking.

The objective is to elevate performance standards within PACE by improving running economy, enhancing uphill and downhill durability, reducing injury risk, and delivering measurable, data-driven athlete development.

Key Components. Personalized Strength Programming.
Each PACE athlete will receive individualized strength programming aligned with their strength level, movement assessment results, race distance and terrain, race calendar, and recovery capacity. Coach Keagan & Coach Rene will work together to ensure that athlete programming progresses through structured phases (Base, Build, Peak, Taper) to ensure athletes peak appropriately.

2. Movement Assessment.
All participating PACE athletes will complete an initial movement assessment evaluating squat and hinge mechanics, single-leg stability, eccentric control, mobility restrictions, and limb asymmetries. This determines training tier placement and reduces injury risk through targeted intervention.

3. Force Plate Testing (Every 6 Weeks).
Using VALD force plate technology, athletes will be tested at baseline and every 6 weeks.

Testing includes:
- Force Plate Squat – Lower-body peak force & symmetry
- Countermovement Jump (CMJ) – Neuromuscular efficiency & fatigue monitoring
- Isometric Mid-Thigh Pull (IMTP) – Maximal force & rate of force development
- Repeat Hop Test – Reactive strength & elastic efficiency

This provides objective performance metrics to guide programming and demonstrate measurable progress.

4. Digital Athlete Access – CoachMe+
All participating athletes will receive access to the CoachMe+ platform, allowing them to:
- View personalized workouts
- Track completed sessions
- Monitor force plate testing results
- Access progress reports
- Complete workouts while traveling
- Communicate directly with coaching staff

This ensures accountability and performance continuity beyond in-person sessions.

Program Structure.
- 2 sessions per week (60 minutes each)
- Tuesdays &/or Thursdays at 5:15 PM
- Full-body strength sessions
- Tiered programming model
- Integrated mobility, unilateral strength, and durability focus
- Testing integrated every 6 weeks

Pricing Structure for PACE Athletes.
